About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Merlin Digital Partner. This role may interest you if you have experience in customer service, sales, strong management skills, and proactivity. Experience in selling technological services or similar to companies using tools such as Hubspot or similar is ideal.

Your Mission:

Establish customer service procedures to adapt to new market trends. Develop and manage the client portfolio. Build strong relationships with clients to contribute to clear retention objectives. Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience. Upsell and cross-sell services and products we work with. Conduct onboarding for new clients and help improve the process. Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials of interest for our clients. Coordinate and collaborate with different departments (Operations, Technology, etc.) to improve customer satisfaction and enhance our value proposition.

What We Need:

At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, quality, and customer service roles, with a persuasive, motivated, and problem-solving attitude. Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments serving Micro-SMEs and/or end clients. A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to interact directly with clients. Experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot and/or ClickUp. Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments and in technological ecosystems. Ability to communicate effectively with people, teams, partners, and industry events. Effective and productive collaborator to drive cross-functional initiatives. Empathy, humility, and listening skills. English is a plus.
