This role transcends mere maintenance; as a Client Relationship Executive, you will be pivotal in driving proactive account growth. Your focus will extend beyond selling new services to ensuring the sustainability of renewals, guaranteeing that our most significant accounts continue to prosper.

You will not merely be a participant; you will be a strategic leader responsible for crafting and implementing innovative account strategies. Your insights will facilitate the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your keen ability to identify and qualify new opportunities, you will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and deliver customized solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Collaboration is essential, and as a Client Relationship Executive, you will work closely with fellow sales team members to ensure a seamless account management experience. Together, you will execute every phase flawlessly, from initial prospecting to deal closure and beyond.

You will lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts while also being the catalyst for generating new opportunities and expanding existing engagements into broader scopes and capabilities. By developing a robust go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you will unite efforts to pursue and secure new business, propelling Kyndryl to new heights.

Your expertise extends beyond our organization; you are knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices. By staying ahead of the curve, you will consistently offer innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader.

As the owner of the account P&L, you will oversee customer satisfaction, ensuring our clients are not only content but also successful. Integrity is fundamental to your approach, and you will strive to ensure account compliance while maintaining an exemplary reputation.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience:


• 10+ years of experience managing the sales process from start to finish

• 5+ years of experience overseeing account P&L

• Extensive knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices

• Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risk assessment

• Open-minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships


• Proactive and resourceful with a hunter mentality


• Ability to effectively manage, develop, and grow relationships within a complex ecosystem of stakeholders and influencers.

Preferred Skills and Experience:


• Knowledge and experience in the Telecommunications Industry


• Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Sales experience in technical solutions
