About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our International Growth organization at Mercury Systems. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze sales data and develop methodologies, dashboards, reports, and files to measure and report on sales performance.

Tool Maintenance

Maintain sales tools over time by integrating new business units and other organizational changes.

Reporting and Dashboards

Support the Senior Director of International Growth in preparing dashboards and ad-hoc regular reports for the Growth Function, coordinating with other Sales Operations Managers and Strategic Accounts Managers.

Salesforce Quality Improvement

Participate in quality improvement of Salesforce content, highlighting inconsistencies.

Opportunity Management

Support Strategic Accounts Managers in verifying new opportunities are created correctly in Salesforce and regularly updated.

Training and Support

Liaise with Mercury Headquarters to sustain improvement of the Salesforce Tool and train the International Growth Team on upgrades and best use of Salesforce.

Customer Quotes

Generate customer quotes for products.

Sales Document Management

Responsible for Sales Documents storage (set up of adequate organization, several contributors).

Sales Process Review

Review Sales Processes and align with organizational changes, in coordination with the Growth Team and other functions to suggest improvements and training.

Additional Tasks

Perform other tasks as required by the Senior Director of International Growth to support the Growth Organization and reporting.

Requirements

  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Company Administration.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Sales and/or business development position, preferably in the Aerospace Primes or Tier 1 industry.

Skills

Experience with CRM and Dashboards, data management. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.

Language

Fluent English required; Fluent French is an advantage.
