Role Overview
As a critical member of the Enterprise Client Success team at Product School, you will play a key role in helping retain and grow enterprise accounts through high-touch engagement delivery, planning, and partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience by providing clear and timely communication, effective planning, and management of all delivery logistics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Product School organization to meet deadlines and quality expectations, ensuring no gaps in client experience.
- Solve problems proactively and anticipate client needs to ensure an excellent experience for all customers.
- Support all necessary back-end logistics for virtual and in-person engagements across time zones, including managing CRM records, facilitation during sessions, communications, briefings, T&E expenses, invoicing, business reviews, retrospectives, and tech support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, senior customer success, strategic partnerships, and/or professional training support.
- Effective and concise communication skills with strong listening and communication skills.
- Bias for action, able to effectively triage and think on your feet to problem solve.
- Great interpersonal skills, relationship building skills, and the ability to empathize with customers and end users while also understanding when to say 'no'.
- Organized with outstanding project and task management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking/strategic thinking.
- Team player.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
