About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant Dyson customer care team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries and providing solutions to issues related to their orders or devices.
You will use leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to help clients troubleshoot problems with their machines and provide them with exceptional service. In some cases, you may agree to arrange a technician visit or send additional/spare parts directly to the clients.
In addition to resolving customer complaints, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients about new and exciting products that are regularly launched into the market, as well as existing products (cross-selling and up-selling).
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that all client interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Use diagnostic tools and Excel to troubleshoot problems with Dyson products and provide solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality levels of consumer service.
- Cross-sell and up-sell Dyson products to clients, promoting our innovative and stylish products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of written and spoken German.
- A good level of English to communicate effectively with our international team.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Benefits

- A temporary contract for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
- A salary of €25,000 gross per year.
- Full-time hours (39 hours/week) with a rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday, 8am-8pm, 5 days/week).
