Transformational Solution Leader

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Transformational Solution Leader to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a growth strategy for our Transmission & Distribution Utility (T&D) industry segments.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business units to develop customer-centric solutions, manage key accounts, and identify market opportunities. Your primary goal is to increase sales, margins, and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to drive innovation and strategic initiatives in the T&D industry segments.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and key customers. You will also have the ability to interpret market data, develop actionable insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio growth strategy for the T&D industry segments, aligning with market demands and company goals.
• Create and manage a portfolio roadmap, identifying market gaps and ensuring the portfolio remains competitive and relevant to customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and key customers, gathering feedback through customer sessions to refine product offerings and value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including BUs and partners, to design innovative solutions that address emerging business needs and differentiate the company from competitors.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends, providing strategic insights to business units and product groups to drive portfolio development.
• Work with regional teams, marketing, sales, and R&D to ensure alignment on growth plans, product launches, and market strategy execution.
• Represent the company in industry forums, trade associations, and technical working groups, promoting the company's value propositions through webinars, publications, and public events.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the specified industry segment. Proven experience in managing strategic accounts, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing plans.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee the development of sales strategies.
• Proven expertise in relationship building with senior decision-makers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret market data, develop actionable insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
