Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Information Associate with Swedish language skills to support our team in providing high-quality medical information services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences and experience in medical information or pharmacovigilance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical information enquiries in English and Swedish, providing approved responses to external customers and assisting internal departments with queries.
- Act as a call handling agent in our dedicated Medical Information call centre, supporting pharmacovigilance activities and accurately documenting and reporting adverse events and product quality complaints.
- Perform adverse event and product quality complaint follow-up with reporters, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with government regulations and client policies.
- Track and document medical information enquiries in our Medical Information database, maintaining accurate and complete records.
- Comply with relevant SOPs, regulations, and Codes of Practice, and assist with review and revision of related documents.
- Provide secondary support to Medical Information Project leads and serve as project lead or backup when appointed.
- Participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling service.
Requirements
- Education: Life science or biomedical background - university, college, or high school degree.
- Experience: Ideally, work experience in medical information or pharmacovigilance.
