About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to join our team in EMEA. This role will focus on driving business growth and development across the region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical sales efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and leading technical expertise across the EMEA region to drive business objectives and create new opportunities.
  • Leading customer projects by collaborating with technology, marketing, and sales teams to resolve technical issues and develop technical relationships with customers.
  • Driving product innovation through market needs, customer expectations, and regulatory standards in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
  • Designing and developing comprehensive training programs for internal teams and customers.
  • Identifying and lining up new business opportunities aligned with the business strategy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of product formulation in the personal care sector.
  • Understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Leadership skills to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and vision to align technical efforts with company goals.
  • Mentorship capabilities to support the development of team members.

Education and Experience

We require a Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the personal care industry.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including home office arrangements and travel opportunities.

Location

This role is based in EMEA, with potential travel requirements of up to 50%.
