Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Business Development Specialist to join our team at MEXC. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in the EU markets and developing business development strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base in the EU markets.
  • Capture and develop business development strategies according to market trends.
  • Develop resources of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the EU markets to facilitate business expansion.
  • Maintain existing users and current partnerships.
  • Collaborate with potential investors and investment organizations to expand and develop our business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in cryptocurrency trading or KOL/influencer marketing.
  • Strong skills in building relationships in the crypto market.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work diligently and handle KPI pressure.
