About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Webhelp Sweden Ab. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate consistent sales opportunities for our sales teams
  • Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies
  • Lead generation for sales, including prospect qualification, scheduling meetings, and product and solutions presentation
  • Identify leads and conduct lead management
  • Successful execution of permanent and segment-specific telemarketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proficient or bilingual in Swedish and advanced in English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Good knowledge of IT and preferably storage environments
  • Very good knowledge of telemarketing and sales
  • Outbound experience and sales experience
  • Ability to identify new sales chances
  • Transparent work habits
  • Very good self-organization, punctual, loyal, reliable, high social competence, and a team worker
