Maintenance Technician – Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Formentor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Forantor.
Job Description- Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, ground care, parking areas, outsourced gardening team, fire and safety.
- Ensure all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to deliver the highest of standards consistently and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees.
- Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment, diagnose and handle repairs of equipment, respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas, respond to emergency maintenance conditions, install or relocate electrical and mechanical systems when necessary and assist with the hotel energy conservation programs in the hotel.

Requirements- Repair and Maintenance experience in a hotel/resort environment and have expert technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, high level of integrity and transparency, strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and a passion for service.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Mallorca.
