- Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including training videos, cheat sheets, pitch decks, and one-pagers, to ensure sales team success.
- Market and Competitive Research: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, informing our product roadmap.
- Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with customers to foster advocacy, customer content, and inform product development.
- 5-10 years of experience in the ITSM field as an IT consultant or as a product manager/product marketing manager for a software vendor.
- Demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative technology products.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external team members.
