Role Overview

Supermicro is a leading provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions for data centers and cloud computing.

We are seeking experienced Enterprise Sales Managers to sell our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal.

About the Job

This role involves managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.

The ideal candidate must have a strong working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, as well as the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a similar field in the IT/data center segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or public/governmental customers.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Preferred experience in sales of servers to enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, time, and territory management.
What We Offer
