About the Role

The core objective of this position is to support the relevant product franchise(s) in achieving the goals and objectives of their Division. This person should drive the achievement of business growth through focused market/competitive analysis and the development of a tactical marketing plan in coordination with the sales and marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the key strategic products franchise, POLARx Cryo Ablation system, to support the growth of Boston Scientific (BSC) in the Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Market.
  • Protect and grow BSC position into the EP Market through the RF products franchise.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for product areas consistent with the overall franchise goals and Strategic Plan.

Requirements

  • Identify clinical/market trends and suggest new product/marketing opportunities.
  • Create and manage Physician training programs.
  • Develop creative approaches to market existing/new products.
  • Assist in creating reimbursement strategies.
