Regional HR Business Partner

Catenon is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with functional leaders to design and implement effective employee solutions related to organizational design & development, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, retention, and more.
- Global HR Policy Implementation: Implement Global HR policies and procedures for each country, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Legal Compliance: Maintain a knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring the application of local legislation in all HR issues.
- Change Management: Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, leading and driving change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function.
- Global Projects: Collaborate and deliver global projects with the Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR Business Partner teams.
- Education: Psychology, business degree, or related studies.
- Languages: Good command of English written, spoken, and local language.
- Work Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Multi-tasking and Time Management: Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Organization and Communication: Well-organized with a people-oriented approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and confident in communicating and influencing with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Positive mindset, self-motivated, and team player.
