Regional HR Business Partner

About the Role:
Catenon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business results through the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with functional leaders to design and implement effective employee solutions that drive business outcomes, including organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Global HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement global HR policies and procedures that align with local legislation and ensure compliance.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing disruption to the business.
- Legal Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of local legislation and ensure that HR practices and policies are compliant.
- Change Management: Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, and lead change projects to drive continuous improvement within the function.
- Global Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR Business Partner, to deliver global projects that drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, as well as proficiency in local language.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
