Job Summary
Daiichi Sankyo Europe is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Director, Global R&D Business Application Training & OCM Lead. This role is responsible for driving the development and management of impactful application systems and organizational change management capabilities for our R&D associates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for the training program in coordination with cross-functional departments such as R&D, HR, and QA.
- Identify training needs driven by system upgrades, innovative technology implementations, and industry standards evolution.
- Design, create, and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and individual development needs, leveraging external delivery models and diverse instructional techniques.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and enhance learning experiences based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives and departmental goals.
- Monitor training completion and maintain accurate records while identifying and addressing performance gaps through targeted interventions.
- Engage key stakeholders across the organization to build buy-in and support for Development system application changes.
- Create communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to support change initiatives, leveraging external delivery partners.
- Facilitate regular communication channels to encourage open dialogue and address stakeholder concerns.
