About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented CRM & Sales Specialist to join our team at Merlin Digital Partner. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and establishing scalable business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to qualify and convert leads into customers.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to prospect, strategize, and validate potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Utilize Hubspot to manage sales pipeline and customer relationships.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of client presentations and proposals.
  • Provide feedback to improve our products, services, and processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).
  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for people and human behavior.
