Job Title: Commercial Deal Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Deal Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a Commercial Deal Manager, you will be responsible for creating licensing solutions, deal terms, and managing negotiations for some of our accounts in Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement licensing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage complex negotiations with customers to secure deals and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and develop commercial offerings.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the local sales and licensing community.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform negotiation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and negotiation experience in a commercial enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
