Job Title: Partnerships Marketing Manager

Omnipresent is a global employment platform that enables organizations to compliantly hire, onboard, pay, and manage their employees and contractors worldwide.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive growth through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and acquire new strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing plans.
  • Plan, organize, and execute partner-focused events.
  • Oversee the creation and management of a partner podcast.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Create and curate marketing content tailored for partner audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in building and managing partner relationships.
  • Strong event management skills.
  • Experience managing content creation teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or tech/SaaS space is preferred.
