About the Job

We are seeking an impact-driven Subscription Enablement Manager (f/m/d) to coordinate activities for our subscription initiative across global teams and markets. As a key member of our team, you will align with Growth teams, Product Managers, and Development teams to drive the successful launch from a PMO perspective and provide post-launch support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Subscription and Platform Monetization Vision & Roadmap
  • Act as the main Partner to Growth & Product Managers in rolling-out new subscription-based products
  • Orchestrate all aspects of the project between global and local stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and more)
  • Define SaaS metrics and KPIs; provide input for development to customer insights team
  • Work closely with the development team to drive the product, roadmap, and understand timelines
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and post-launch evaluations (e.g., Launch Binder)
  • Act as the point of contact and drive knowledge of finance business process into global subscription project
  • System Administrator of Subscription Management Platform
  • Orchestrate a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit, within finance & commercial excellence for feedback on defined process
  • Drive process commonality, harmonization, and simplification across the subscription products
  • Support Product PM's in internal processes when adapting portfolio to subscription
  • Evaluate change requests and resolve incidents with Product owner
  • Analyze feedback to identify common themes, areas for improvement, and potential new features.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a skilled professional with a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of finance processes (accounting, tax, and more) or willingness to acquire is required. Experience in using SAP ERP Module SD & FI/CO is a strong plus. IT affinity combined with expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems is essential. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are also required.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
