At Teamtailor, we're looking for a skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for driving business growth and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding their monthly sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, a growth mindset, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry

Team player:

  • Provide ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
  • Ability to generate their own leads from the ground up
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
