Your Profile

Fluent in Dutch and English at a native level, with a strong focus on customer care skills, ability to listen and understand customer needs, and a positive disposition for working in a customer service environment.

Experience

1+ year working in customer service, with a preference for automotive industry experience. Experience with electric vehicles is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Windows / MS Office and internet configuration.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, and chat, addressing users' demands effectively. Log call details into call management systems and provide timely responses and resolutions within SLA. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services and products specific to customers. Escalate potential service issues to the Mentor when necessary. Adhere to all project processes and procedures. Ensure SLA compliance. Provide coverage for absent team members as needed. Liaise with Supervisors / Mentors on specific projects. Fulfill administrative duties including holiday, sickness, and overtime management. Participate in regular team meetings. Undertake additional tasks as required to maintain service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Benefits

Competitive Salary: €20,221 per year. Additional €1,478.28 for language skills. Up to €2,000 performance bonus. Permanent, full-time position. Rotational shift from 08:00 to 18:00.
