About the Role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Engineer to join our team at BYD Europe BV. As a key member of our After Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high quality of our forklift products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional after-sales customer service and communication
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty cases
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with forklifts
  • Plan and attend site visits to repair forklifts and ensure commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and build strong relationships with customers
  • Provide after-sale support for forklift products and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Experience in mechanical and electric engineering
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
