Salary and Benefits

The attractive compensation package consists of a base salary of approximately €45,000 per year, with the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance. Additional benefits include 40% discount on all Fever events, home-office friendly environment, health insurance, and flexible remuneration with 100% tax exemption through Cobee.

Job Description

As a Market Strategy Associate, you will drive Fever's business plan across all markets, leading cross-company projects to optimize workflows and processes of the business development team. You will utilize industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions, working across different markets and teams in a big international atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum +2 years of experience in an analytics & project management role
  • Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy
  • Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions
  • Be able to develop your own solutions and have a strong technical background
  • Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience
