Job Overview

This is a full-time position with a Hybrid working model in Barcelona, requiring a highly skilled individual to prospect high quality leads for our internal New Business Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have intricate knowledge of industry trends and the digital landscape.

Responsibilities
  1. Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
  2. Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  3. Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
  5. Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas according to sales team needs.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research.
  • Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education.
  • B2 level or higher of the market being supported (English).
  • C2 level of the Russian language.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
Estimated Salary Range

€30,000 - €40,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
