We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EU HR Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR function and employees based in EMEA, with a focus on Italian, English, and Spanish language proficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the HR team to provide support to employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and liaising with the wider HR/Payroll team.
- Ensuring all documentation from starters, leavers, and changes is processed in line with country legislations.
- Drafting correspondence as required, including offer letters, contracts, and leavers letters.
- Supporting with in-country benefits administration, such as meal vouchers and travel cards.
- Ensuring both electronic and paper employee records are kept up to date.
- Providing ad-hoc support and administration for the HR team as needed.
Requirements include:
- Fluency in speaking and writing in Italian, English, and Spanish.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR and Payroll systems such as Dayforce.
