About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our partners and customers, ensuring their IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve IT-related issues for our partners and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support via various communication channels, including email and phone.
  • Document all calls and issues in our ticketing system.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Interest in learning about IT and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to long-term employment.
  • Valid passport.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of 20,535 euros gross per year.
  • A 39-hour workweek, with rotative shifts from Monday to Saturday (6am-11pm).
  • Four days a week, with a 9h45 daily schedule.
  • The possibility of taking up to five consecutive days off.
