Senior Business Development Manager for Modern Workplace Microsoft

Job Purpose: We're seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona, supporting our vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies and ideas to assist business growth in Microsoft AI.
• Own the building of an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within our CRM system.
• Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
• Support the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager as the marketing plans.
• Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
• Communicate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience exclusively in Modern Workplace in a senior sales level.
• IT industry knowledge, Channel, Vendors and Competition.
• Proficiency level of Spanish.
• Experience of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage.
• Telephone sales skills, customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Degree in a business related subject is desirable / an advantage.
• Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure.
• Availability to do periodic visits to clients.
