Senior Financial Controller Risk Management

As a Senior Financial Controller Risk Management, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of compliance risk activities within TUI Musement. You will be part of the TUI Group Compliance organization, responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of TUI Group policies.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all related activities and procedures throughout TUI Musement to promote and drive compliance risk activities.
- Participate in the TUI Group Compliance organization to support the definition and implementation of TUI Group policies.
- Report to TUIMM ExCo and TUI Group Compliance on a regular basis on the status of the implementation of the TUI MM Compliance Management System and any ad-hoc compliance incidents or concerns.
- Use in-depth knowledge to ensure that both operations and the set-up of the organization are designed to prevent compliance risks at all times.
- Coordinate information and training related to compliance.
- Oversee the risk management working with key functional stakeholders and regional teams to identify, evaluate and document key risks facing the business in the TUI MM risk register.
- Conduct internal investigations when required.
- Cooperate with TUI Group Audit in detecting compliance breaches and proposing any disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
- Identify and drive the finance transformation agenda, standardizing processes and implementing the common systems roadmap and subsequent migration of activity to business services.
We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge and experience in Legal and Finance related roles and projects. You should have a macro level mindset across inter-related projects, functions, and services. Absolute integrity, ability to cope with pressure and make informed decisions are essential. Proven experience in managing stakeholders at a senior level is also required. A strong approach to dealing with high levels of ambiguity and considerable change is necessary. You should be an individual focused on driving high performance and change as well as on supporting the strategy of TUI MM and the Group.
