Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in assisting the company in achieving its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of Governance, Risk Management, and Internal Control processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute the Annual Audit Plan: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct operational, compliance, IT, and financial audits to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Conduct Reviews and Assessments: Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial statements, key business processes, compliance, and technology. Identify key risks and controls and test internal controls accordingly.
- Prepare Reports and Communicate Findings: Prepare reports based on audit results, audit documentation, and client responses. Effectively communicate audit findings via update and closing meetings with management.
- Monitor Implementation of Agreed Actions: Monitor timely implementation of agreed actions and report progress to management.
- Conduct Ad Hoc Reviews and Special Investigations: Conduct ad hoc reviews and special investigations, including fraud, as required.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management: Support the company's enterprise risk management process.
- Manage External Co-Sourced Auditors: Support the Internal Audit Director in managing external co-sourced auditors in the scoping and performance of co-sourced audits.
- Implement and Enhance Internal Audit Tools and Processes: Support the Internal Audit Director in implementing and continuously enhancing internal audit tools, processes, and methodologies.
- University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or Relevant Field: Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Big 4 Accounting Firm, Consulting Company, or Large Corporation's Internal Audit Department: Have at least 3 years' experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, a consulting company, or a large corporation's internal audit department.
- General Knowledge of Risk/Control Frameworks (COSO, COBIT): Have general knowledge of risk/control frameworks (COSO, COBIT).
- Professional Accounting/Audit Certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA): Hold a professional accounting/audit certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA).
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills in English: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Willingness to Travel Globally: Be willing to travel globally.
- Experience with SAP: Preferably have experience with SAP.
- Very Good Data Analysis Skills: Possess very good data analysis skills.
- Goal-Oriented and Outgoing with Strong Interpersonal and Team Working Capabilities: Be goal-oriented and outgoing with strong interpersonal and team working capabilities.
- Self-Motivated with Strong Personal Development Drive and Focus on Achieving Key Deliverables: Be self-motivated with a strong personal development drive and focus on achieving key deliverables.
- Strong Skills in Negotiating, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, and Timely Problem Escalation: Possess strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation.
