We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for the close supervision of all internal controls and responsibilities, providing ongoing analytical support by monitoring the operating departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of compliance to corporate and internal policies and procedures.
- Expenditure Cycle (Record, Review and approve of expense invoices).
- Process payment for due invoices and validate stock levels.
- Work closely with Purchasing & Receiving and all Department Heads.
- Record and analyze F&B direct costs.
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
