Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Manager to join our team at Meliá Hotels International. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Meliá Hotels International's policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven track record of success in hotel operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems, including property management systems and revenue management tools.
