Hotel Operations Manager

Meliá Hotels International is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Gran Meliá Palma Bay. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of our strategic plans and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and manage hotel operations, including departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
- Direct and inspire hotel teams to deliver exceptional service, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Meliá Hotels International's procedures and policies.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
- University diploma/degree in Tourism or equivalent hospitality and tourism studies.
- International experience is preferred.
- Functional knowledge of all department operations.
- MICE background is desirable.
- Attention to detail and passion for excellence.
- Warm and dynamic personality.
- Demonstrate ability of Human Resources Management & Talent Development.
- Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
- High geographical flexibility is preferred.
- English language and Spanish language are mandatory.
- Able to reside in Mallorca (Spain).
