Finance & Administration Executive - Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing various financial processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Data Management: Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents to ensure timely and accurate submission to stakeholders.
  3. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  4. Financial Analysis and Insights: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and drive growth.
  5. HR Administration Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Odoo and GSuite.
  3. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
