About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our global TUI Musement Operational HUB Team. As a Planning Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency and compliance for our Excursions & Activities, or Transfers & Turnarounds, while maintaining the highest level of service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate operations to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage and review the planning system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Distribute operational information across the team and other related business areas.
- Monitor and manage changes, modifications, and cancellations to ensure smooth operations.
- Process and update automated bookings into the booking system.
- Monitor automatic integration of bookings and ensure no delays.
- Check special requests bookings and register requirements on the system.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with strong administration and organizational skills, comfortable with technology, and able to think logically to simplify tasks. You should be able to work independently and adapt to changing ways of working. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, with additional languages an advantage.
