Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Scope: As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hotel, ensuring compliance with corporate and internal policies and procedures. You will provide ongoing analytical support by monitoring the operating department's performance and making recommendations for improvement.

BASIC FUNCTION:

  • Monitor compliance to corporate and internal policies and procedures
  • Expenditure Cycle: Record, Review and Approve of expense invoices
  • Process payment for due invoices
  • Validate stocks levels
  • Collaborate with Purchasing & Receiving and all Departments Heads
  • Record and analyze F&B direct costs
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified

Requirements:

  • Business / Tourism or Administration Degree
  • Three years of previous accounting experience within finance & accounting required
