As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for the close supervision of all internal controls and responsibilities, providing ongoing analytical support by monitoring the operating department's performance. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with corporate and internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of expenditures, including reviewing and approving expense invoices.
• Process payments for due invoices and validate stock levels.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Receiving, and Department Heads to ensure seamless operations.
• Record and analyze F&B direct costs, and complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.

Requirements:
• Business, Tourism, or Administration degree.
• Three years of previous accounting experience within finance & accounting required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
