About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for the close supervision of all internal controls and responsibilities, providing ongoing analytical support by monitoring the operating departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance to corporate and internal policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Expenditure Cycle Management: Record, review, and approve expense invoices, process payment for due invoices, and validate stock levels.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Record and analyze F&B direct costs, complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Purchasing & Receiving and all Department Heads to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or Administration
- Three years of previous accounting experience within finance & accounting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
