About the Role: Daikin Europe Spain is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their IT Development department in Madrid. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing innovative IT solutions for over 7,500 Daikin colleagues across Europe and the Middle East.

Company Overview: Daikin Industries Limited is a leading global developer, producer, and supplier of HVAC-R solutions. Our IT Center EMEA consists of three departments: IT Planning, IT Development, and IT Infrastructure. We are focused on digitalization and innovation, seeking individuals with motivation, innovation skills, and a desire to learn.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for instilling best practices for development and documentation, communicating with business stakeholders, and proposing effective global solutions for all affiliates. They will also coordinate collaboration with other departments and subcontractors, work closely with engineers to architect and develop technical design and approach, interview and collaborate with various business departments to identify IT needs, and prepare budgets for IT solutions.

Main Functions & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with experience as a Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications. They will also have knowledge in Field service and Interface (web-service, relay server) and hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and test class definition.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong analytical skillset, time management and organizational skills to deliver projects on time, good communication skills, and a high level of English proficiency.
