About the Role

Coty, a leading beauty company, is seeking an experienced HSE & Site Facilities Manager to join its team in Barcelona. As a key member of the HSE committee, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with country legislation and global standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measurements to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Manage the HSE plan, including tracking and completion of site HSE actions.
  • Prepare emergency plans and coordinate drills to ensure team readiness.
  • Resolve HSE-related problems and coordinate actions with external HSE services.
  • Prepare HSE documentation and ensure safety records are kept for audit purposes.
  • Provide training and information to employees at all levels.
  • Ensure health initiatives and health surveillance are in place for all employees.
  • Manage contractors' compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Coordinate office facilities general maintenance and ensure proper performance of contracted services.
  • Monitor compliance with technical specifications and budget control.
Requirements
  • Superior HSE certification (Master degree or superior technical degree) in HSE (PRL) with specialties in ergonomic, security, and psychology.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Technician or Manager, preferably combined with Facilities responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of English and Spanish languages.
