About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE & Site Facilities Manager to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management
    • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
    • Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Facilities Management
    • Coordinate and plan the execution of office facilities general maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Manage contracted services, including budgeting and billing control.
    • Monitor compliance with technical specifications defined in maintenance contracts.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate a team of HSE and facilities professionals to achieve operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HSE and facilities activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Superior certification in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomic, security, and psychology and installation.
    • 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Technician or Manager, preferably combined with facilities responsibilities.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good command of English and Spanish languages.
