About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE & Site Facilities Manager to join our team at Coty, a leading global beauty company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and implement legal and global HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with country legislation and regulations.
  • Develop and monitor objectives and targets to comply with legal requirements and ensure continuous improvements in HSE systems and reports.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Coordinate emergency drills and ensure that all teams are trained and fully operational.
  • Resolve HSE-related problems as they occur and coordinate necessary actions with external HSE services.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including safety records and audit reports.
  • Schedule and lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Spanish law and Coty's HSE 6 Key Element Management Program.
  • Provide general training and information at all levels, including health initiatives and health surveillance.
  • Ensure that all contractors comply with relevant Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Manage the purchase and delivery of PPEs as required.
  • Attend management meetings to provide feedback on HSE performance and related issues.
Requirements
  • Superior certification (Master degree or superior technical degree) in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomic, security, and psychology, and installation.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Technician or Manager, preferably combined with Facilities responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of English and Spanish languages.
