Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and Coty's global standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Coordinate and plan facilities maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage and monitor HSE performance metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external HSE service providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and information to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure that all contractors and vendors comply with HSE regulations and Coty's standards.
Requirements
  • Superior HSE certification (Master degree or superior technical degree) in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomic, security, and psychology and installation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HSE and facilities management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Spanish languages.
