About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE and Site Facilities Manager to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our HSE and Facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Coordinate and plan the proper execution of office facilities general maintenance.
  • Ensure the proper performance of contracted services and monitor compliance with technical specifications.
  • Manage the resolution of office incidents and maintain the workstation/space reservation system.
Requirements
  • Superior certification in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomics, security, psychology, and installation.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Technician or Manager, preferably combined with Facilities responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of English and Spanish languages.
