About the Role

Coty, a leading beauty company, is seeking an experienced HSE and Site Facilities Manager to join its team in Barcelona. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, as well as managing facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Manage facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure all teams are trained and prepared.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure all contractors comply with relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Manage the purchase and delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Attend management meetings to provide feedback on HSE performance and related issues.
Requirements
  • Superior certification in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomics, security, and psychology.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HSE technician or manager, preferably combined with facilities responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of English and Spanish languages.
