Job Title: District Sales Manager for Finland

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a District Sales Manager for Finland. As a key member of our Nordic Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Finland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell our products to existing and prospective customers in Finland, focusing on public healthcare providers.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and requirements analysis to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
  • Achieve negotiated sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Contribute to the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and drive sales stage, opportunities, and quotations.
  • Prepare status reports, forecasting, and market potential in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor current order flow and work together with Customer Service.
  • Participate in fairs, exhibitions, trainings, and other events.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc Degree, ideally with a technical background.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Understanding of the Finnish healthcare system and knowledge of hearing care is beneficial.
  • Genuine interest in selling solutions based on customer needs and ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Solution selling requires ability to analyze client's needs.
  • No restrictions for business traveling.
  • Competence in launching a new organization in Finland.
  • Familiarity with the use of electronic marketing.
  • Excellent Finnish and English language skills (written and spoken) are necessary. Danish is considered an asset.
  • Natural communication and presentation skills.
  • Drive license B.
