Sales Representative for Finland

About the Role:
Natus Sensory is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic Nordic Sales team. As a Sales Representative for Finland, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hearing and balance assessment devices to public healthcare providers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Present and promote our products to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and requirements analysis to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve negotiated sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Contribute to the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc Degree, ideally with a technical background.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Understanding of the Finnish healthcare system and knowledge of hearing care is beneficial.
- Genuine interest in selling solutions based on customer needs and ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
- No restrictions for business traveling.
- Competence in launching a new organization in Finland.
- Familiarity with the use of electronic marketing.
- Excellent Finnish and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Danish is considered an asset.
