As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in our Services & Support solutions in the Italian market.

Our portfolio includes repair & maintenance contracts, learning services, laboratory relocations, asset management and digital solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Provide quotes, understand customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relations with procurement, laboratory managers and end users.
  • Identify and generate business opportunities for growth by taking a creative approach.
  • Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date.
  • Collaborate with field service & instrument sales teams to drive the sales cycle.

This role can be based in Milan or Barcelona, with the option to work remotely up to 2 days a week.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a motivated individual with the following background:

  • University degree in a life science or business-related field.
  • Commercial experience selling scientific solutions.
  • Full proficiency in Italian and English.

On a personal level, you should be proactive, outgoing and customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
