Sales Development Representative for Life Science

About the RoleWe are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Laboratory Service Sales department in Germany. This individual will be responsible for driving remote sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor or Master's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or equivalent. Proficient sales development experience, ideally in the life science industry, is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings
- Develop and maintain effective customer relations with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in their territory to grow the existing customer base
- Proactively collaborate with field service and internal sales teams to drive a differentiated customer experience
- Provide quotes, understand customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs
- Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date
This position can be based either remotely in Germany or in our offices in Waldbronn, Germany, or Barcelona, Spain, in a hybrid model.
